Operation
Operational since 1998, our staff of 25 has an average, 15 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, and strongly believe that excellent customer service and competitive pricing provided by us, are the key success factors in securing and retaining our clienteles business.
Over the year, we have developed a highly effective and efficient customer oriented services tailored with packages to the precise need of each customer. This enable us timely delivery of cargo to our valued customers. Together with strong committed team of Network Agents overseas in strategic ports/ Major cities of the World and close working relationship with the Major shipping/Air lines.
Our highly trained and motivated staff is always on hand to assist and advise you, and is dedicated to provide the very best personal and professional service possible. As a result of this, we have more than 500 satisfied customers nationwide.
Infrastructure:
- We have our own offices and shed space for carting cargo in Mumbai Port Trust/JNPT at all major CFS as per customer’s requirement.
- Our own office in Mumbai /Delhi/Chennai and Kolkata, together with agent tie-ups all across the country.
- Our field team is equipped with the transportation facilities like four and two wheelers to ensure faster execution.
- All the latest software, computers, and communication devices for smooth operational, documentation, and accounting purposes.
- Warehousing Space for storing, packaging and labeling cargo .
